Minimum Delivery Charge
We have a minimum delivery charge of £4.20 + VAT. This is necessary because of the high cost of processing credit cards, the time involved in picking and packing small orders, the cost of packaging materials and of course, the postage fees.

Additional items added to the order after the first item will either incur no additional delivery cost or a small delivery supplement.

Delivery CategoriesWe have 3 delivery categories. These are set according to the weight and value of the items ordered. For example a bench top power supply costing only £17 may have a delivery charge of £4.20. This may seem high as a proportion of the order value but is necessitated by the weight of the item ordered. It is also possible for example that the delivery of a relatively small and lightweight item such as a camera costing £100 will be charged at £6.95. This would be to cover the cost of insurance.

Any multi-item orders will only incur the full category charge for the most expensive item (to deliver) all other items will incur either no extra charge or a small supplement.

How long will it take to get to me?
Orders received by 2pm are normally dispatched the same day, most within 48 hours. Please however allow up to 7 working days for delivery as we do rely on Royal Mail for smaller items. Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not included.

We will notify you of any change of delivery by e-mail or telephone providing that we have your correct details with the order.
