What is gain?
Gain is the measurement of the reflectivity from a screen or projector surface. The number given is representative of the ratio of light reflected from the screen compared with the light reflected from a standard white board. i.e. A screen with a gain of 1.0 will reflect the same amount of light as a white board, 1.1 will reflect 10% more and so on.
