Headband microphones, very comfortable to wear and unobtrusive fit. High-quality subminiature electret cartridge of omnidirectional characteristic and with a very linear frequency response is integrated in the front of the microphone support. Especially suitable for vocal and speech applications. Skin-coloured version. A phantom power supply adapter (EMA-1) or a pocket transmitter TXS-...HSE is required for operation (for type of connection, please refer to table).

These microphones are especially optimised for vocal and speech applications on stage and thus are provided with cartridges of particularly high efficiency (high sensitivity). However, in an environment with extra loud diffuse sound fields, e.g. discotheques, there is a greater possibility of acoustic feedback than at more basic microphones due to this high sensitivity.
