How does your delivery service work?

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. We allocate the courier we believe will deliver your order to you in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order. We also ship according to the service selected, ensuring that your goods arrive with you within the relevant timescale.

If you require delivery to a work address or an address which your card is not registered to, you will need to order online, where you can use 3-D Secure via Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

Please note: Large quantities of snow fluid and similar products may require a pallet for delivery, therefore free delivery on orders over £35.00 may not apply.

Has my order been shipped yet?

If your order is being dispatched from our warehouse via FedEx, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Otherwise, you can email us for tracking details at [email protected].

Please note that we cannot provide tracking for Royal Mail deliveries, so please allow the full delivery period from when the order was placed for your goods to arrive.

What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

We want all our customers to receive top quality items. If you received your goods via FedEx and you think the item has been damaged in transit, please let us know by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. You can either call us on 01371 879 000 or email us at [email protected]

Please note our insurance for orders damaged in transit is only covered for a 24 hour period following a delivery signature.

We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods in your phone call or email.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect item in my order?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know by contacting us within 24 hours of your order being placed. You can either call us on 01371 879 000 or email us at [email protected].

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered from the same place, and they may also be delivered by more than one courier.

The warehouse will call or email you to advise you of this, but if you have cause for concern, you can call us on 01371 879 000 or email us at [email protected].

What is UK Saver Delivery?

Deliveries will be made within 7 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends) e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Friday.

UK Saver Delivery is FREE for orders over £50.00. For orders under £50.00, delivery is £3.29 plus VAT, which is £3.95. Your order will be sent out via FedEx or Royal Mail in most instances. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries, so please wait the full 7 working days for your delivery to arrive.

If your order is dispatched via FedEx, a tracking link will be emailed to you once it leaves our warehouse, with this you will be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

Our courier will deliver your parcel between 9am and 5pm. A signature will be required on receipt.

If your goods are being delivered by FedEx and you are not going to be at home on the day they are expected, you can leave a note on the front door of your address with instructions to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a safe place. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. Otherwise, the courier will take your goods back to their local depot and you will be left a calling card with contact details of how to arrange another delivery time.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a Bank Holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.

What is UK Standard Delivery?

Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends) e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday.

Do you ship outisde of the UK and internationally?

Yes, we do ship items to outside of the UK and internationally as well. Orders being delivered outside of the UK may carry additional charges which are as follows:

  • Isles (Isle of Wight, Man and Scilly): £7.49 plus VAT, which is £8.99
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands: £11.00 plus VAT, which is £13.20
  • Northern Ireland: £5.83 plus VAT, which is £6.99
  • Ireland: £6.66 plus VAT, which is £7.99
  • Channel Islands: £16.50 (VAT is automatically excluded)

    For European and International orders, quotes may vary to what you find online according to size and weights of goods purchased. Our warehouse will contact you if delivery charges exceed estimated prices quotes online.

Will I be charged customs and import charges if I'm abroad?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What about Non-EU VAT?

VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the EU.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Currently we only deliver goods under 2kg via Royal Mail to BFPO addresses.
