The Magic Wand Battery Powered Amplified TV Aerial covers all UHF TV channels worldwide including channel 5 and digital TV in suitable strength areas.
It can be used with or without its built in amplifier signal booster, which will add up to 20dB gain to an unamplified signal with very low noise.
The amplifier booster can either be powered by 2 x AA batteries (not included, see below) that provide a continuous use of over 500 hours. It can also be powered by an independant D.C. supply (not included (661.300)) of between 7 to 24 volts D.C. These features make it ideal for use in the home or mobile caravans, campers, boats and vehicles.
The magic wand is omni directional, so changing directions of the aerial is minimal. It is adjustable through 180 degrees to match both horizontal and vertical polarities from different transmitters.
Simple connections mean that you either insert your batteries or D.C supply (negative earth), plug the TV lead into your Video or TV and adjust the wand to its best position, if you need extra gain switch on the booster via the push button and the LED will light up to show you have power on.
